Website estimate requests are informational and do not create a service contract. Scope, scheduling, materials and price must be agreed directly with Igor before work begins.

Igor is not a licensed contractor. Services are limited to minor repairs, maintenance and installations permitted for an unlicensed handyman under California law. Work requiring a contractor license will not be offered or performed.

Same-day service is subject to schedule, location and job type. Any initial estimate based on photos may change after an in-person inspection reveals different conditions.
